The conditions for the free one-month trial of the Security Service

This offer ( „Security Service 1 month free of charge") grants you the right to activate our security service for a period of one month from the date on which you register and send us your payment information ( "the free trial period").

You have an Egardia alarmsystem with the SmartHome Gateway (GATE 02), which was registered for the first time after 30 September 2016.

If you decide not to use the paid Security Service starting at the end of the free trial period automatically, you must cancel the Security Service at the end of the free trial period.

You can take this offer only once to make use of the free trial version of the Security Service.

You can switch from the paid Security Service to the limited and free basic service at any time. The changeover to the basic service in conjunction with the optional camera service is not possible.

To change the paid Security Service into the limited and free Basic Service, please send an email to support@egardia.com. The following information must be included in this email:

• Name;
• Street;
• City and postcode;
• Registered email address;
• Gateway-ID (visible in your Egardia- account, under the heading „Alarm system“ in section "Location gateway");
• MAC address of the gateway, you will find it on the gateway itself;
• Desired date of conversion.

After receipt of your mail you will receive an confirmation email with the date of conversion.

Egardia reserves the right to withdraw or change at its discretion the offer for the free trial and / or the terms and conditions of the one-month free trial without any liability
